KINDNESS IS THE KEY

It hurts so much,

Nothing can be done.

I tried so much,

My resilience has gone.

The pain is like slow poison,

Slowly devouring my heart.

How I wish I could refresh and restart my life.

I thought it was a dream, I thought it wasn’t real,

But pain really hurts and shows clearly how I feel.

Pain is an addiction that is so strong,

On the outside I seem happy,

No one thinks anything is wrong.

I laugh, I smile on the outside

I cry, I scream on the inside.

Never judge a person by their face or what they do

For you never know what they are going through.

Be nice, be kind,

Then everything will be fine.
